Even the biggest of celebrities is not free from the complexities that follow divorce. R&B star Usher Raymond got divorced a couple of years ago, but the details of the divorce are not necessarily set in stone.

His ex-wife and mother of his two children is taking him to court to address a few important, emotional family law issues. She wants to change the child custody arrangement of the family. Also, she has a couple of financial requests for the court to consider.

According to reports, Usher and his ex currently share joint custody of the two young boys who came out of their 2-year marriage. But she allegedly wants to change that. Details behind the reported request are unclear, though sources suggest that the ex is upset that Usher doesn't live up to agreements that he and his ex make about the kids.

Another agreement that the couple reportedly made was that Usher would pay $5,000 per month for childcare. His ex argues that those payments have not been made, and she wants the court to demand that Usher pay her an estimated $34,000 in back payments.

That's not all. She also wants the court to approve a child support modification. A parent can seek a modification to a support agreement if their ex's income changes. According to sources, Usher's income has increased in the past couple of years (perhaps due to his work with Justin Bieber), and his ex-wife is fighting for her fair share of his income.

We will post an update when there is word of the outcome in this celebrity family law dispute.
